Terms of service.

Last updated 2026-05-05. Beta-stage product — these terms will be replaced with a formal agreement before general availability.

Plain-English summary

AgencyOS is currently in private beta. Pricing, plans, and credit allocations may change while we get to general availability — we will email you before any change that affects what you pay.

You own your workspace data. We provide the runtime; you provide the inputs and outputs.

Be reasonable: don't use AgencyOS to send spam, run scams, or harm others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this.

Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for any activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 18 to use AgencyOS, and you must use it in compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

AI usage

AI Operators and AI Employees execute requests against third-party AI providers (currently Anthropic). Outputs are generated and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before sending them to clients or publishing them externally.

We do not guarantee that outputs are accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. Use professional judgment.

Credits and billing

AI features consume credits at the per-action rate listed on the pricing page. Credits do not roll over between billing periods unless your plan explicitly includes carry-over.

During beta, billing is handled manually via email. Refunds are at our discretion and considered case-by-case.

Termination

You can cancel your account anytime from settings or by emailing us. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a security or legal risk.

On termination, you have 30 days to export your data before we begin deletion.

Liability

AgencyOS is provided "as is" during beta. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
