Account data you provide on signup — email, password (hashed by Supabase), and optional profile fields you fill in.
Workspace data you create — leads, deals, clients, tasks, notes, AI Operator outputs, and any files you upload.
Usage data — credits consumed per AI Operator/Employee call, login timestamps, and request metadata used for billing and abuse prevention.
To run the product you signed up for: persisting your data, executing AI Operators on your behalf, and surfacing analytics back to you.
To bill correctly and prevent abuse — the only place credit usage data is shared internally.
We do not sell your data. We do not train AI models on your workspace contents.
AgencyOS data is stored in Supabase Postgres with row-level security scoped to your organization. Backups are retained on a rolling basis.
AI requests are routed to Anthropic. Per Anthropic's API terms, prompts and responses are not used to train their models. We do not retain a copy of model outputs beyond what you explicitly save in your workspace.
You can export your data from settings, or request a full export by emailing us. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data.
